Printmaking Tour @ Fullerton College

Todd Smith, professor at Fullerton college and printmaker extraordinaire was kind enough to host a field trip of Visual Art teachers from Anaheim Union High School District as a workshop of various printmaking techniques. As a dabbler in many art forms, I am a total noob in printmaking whereas Todd is the equivalent of a black belt from 20 years ago. It was so cool to see so many types of projects off the top of his head involving different processes. Todd runs a website, www.pressworksart.com, and is the go-to guy in the area of all things printmaking. Turns out he’s good friends with Abel Alejandre who was featured at Muzeo this past Spring that I also covered. Small world indeed!
